Garlic-Garlic Salsa Bread

Garlic-Garlic Salsa Bread

Once upon a time, pizza and salsa decided to band forces and create the best garlic bread ever!

14 oz Garlic Killer Salsa, Fresh

1 large baguette

2 cups grated cheese – we used a combination of cheddar and monterrey jack

6-8 cloves fresh garlic

Olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Split the baguette and lay it flat.

  2. Then, spoon Garlic Killer Salsa over both halves of the loaf and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  3. Chop the fresh garlic. Saute in olive oil until just starting to brown to infuse the garlic flavor into the oil. Drizzle garlic in olive oil over the cheese.

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted and bread is crisp. Cut into individual pieces and serve immediately.
