Garlic-Garlic Salsa Bread
Once upon a time, pizza and salsa decided to band forces and create the best garlic bread ever!
14 oz Garlic Killer Salsa, Fresh
1 large baguette
2 cups grated cheese – we used a combination of cheddar and monterrey jack
6-8 cloves fresh garlic
Olive oil
-
Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Split the baguette and lay it flat.
-
Then, spoon Garlic Killer Salsa over both halves of the loaf and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
-
Chop the fresh garlic. Saute in olive oil until just starting to brown to infuse the garlic flavor into the oil. Drizzle garlic in olive oil over the cheese.
-
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted and bread is crisp. Cut into individual pieces and serve immediately.
