Killer Mary’s

A true Killer Salsa classic! Make them by the pitcher because they will disappear! Prefer a Killer Maria over a Killer Mary? No problem! Replace the vodka with tequila and Voila!

1 Jar Original, Hot or XX Hot Killer Salsa – depending on how spicy you like your Mary’s

½ t Tabasco or other hot sauce

½ t celery salt

1 T horseradish

1 C Clamato juice

1 T Worcestershire sauce

6-12 ounces premium Vodka

Optional garnishes, You can go basic or go crazy!

Pimento Stuffed Green Olives

Celery

Pepperoncinis

Cocktail Onions

Pickled Green Beans

Pickled Okra

Crispy Bacon

Giardiniere

Spicy Grilled Prawns

Peppadew Peppers

Lemon or Lime Wedges

Killer Mary Mix:

In a blender, combine Killer Salsa and next five ingredients until smooth. Your Killer Mary Mix will stay in the fridge for up to two weeks. This base mix will make 6-8 Killer Mary’s.

Killer Mary Cocktail:

Fill a collins glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, shake ice with 3 ounces Killer Mary Mix and 1.5 ounces of your favorite vodka. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish and serve. Makes one Killer Mary.
